Townsend, the AHA’s Assistant Director for Research and Publications has recently post a two-part article which discusses a similar proposal (<a href="http://blog.historians.org/resources/31/archives-wiki-part-i-a-proposal" rel="nofollow" rel="nofollow">Part I</a> <a href="http://blog.historians.org/resources/32/archives-wiki-part-ii-how-it-will-work" rel="nofollow" rel="nofollow">Part II</a>) for a wiki dedicated to archives at the global level so students of scholars of other regions also have something to look forward to!
